About DOMA
DOMA Developments is a London-based residential property development company focused on acquiring and improving homes in prime and established residential locations.
The company specialises in value-led opportunities where properties can be enhanced through refurbishment, reconfiguration, planning uplift and considered design. Projects are selected for their location, underlying property fundamentals and potential to create high-quality homes suited to modern living.

Founder
DOMA was founded by Anton Skrobot, a London-based property developer with a background in finance and asset management.
Anton holds a BSc in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester. His experience spans acquisition, deal structuring, development finance and project delivery, combining financial discipline with a hands-on understanding of the London property market.

We manage each project closely from acquisition through to completion, overseeing consultants, contractors, programme, budget and quality. This hands-on approach helps ensure the finished product is delivered to the required standard, with careful attention to specification, detail and cost.
